DigitalCadCam ("we", "us") connects dental digital designers with people looking for their services. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account details — for designers and advertisers: your name/brand, email address, and a password (stored only as a secure one-way hash, never in plain text).
• Profile content — designers provide their country, software, specialties, bio, contact handles (WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook), and work images they upload.
• Advertiser content — business name, description, banner image, link, and email.
• Usage data — basic, privacy-friendly analytics (page views, aggregate ad clicks). We do not sell your data.

How we use it

• To display designer profiles and ads on the site.
• To let visitors contact designers directly through the handles they provide.
• To operate accounts, logins, and (for advertisers) show you your own ad statistics.
• To process ad payments through our payment provider.

Payments

Ad payments are handled by our third-party payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card details — those are handled securely by the processor.

Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Sharing

Profile and ad information you submit is shown publicly on the site (that is the purpose of a directory). We share data with service providers strictly to run the site (hosting, storage, payments). We don't sell personal data.

Your choices

You can edit or remove your profile from your dashboard, or email us to delete your account and associated data.
